My adventure with swimming started in 2016, when I realised I can't be the only non- swimmer in my family. I decided to attend the swimming classes in one of the Edinburgh swimming schools. It took a lot of hard work to overcome my fear and learn how to swim, but with the hard work and dedication of my own swimming teacher I overcame my fear and became a confident swimmer.

After this I was offered the opportunity to work along side him and his team so started working as an assistant swimming teacher in 2019 and found it to be an extremely rewarding job. I did my qualifications as a swimming instructor in 2021.

After gaining my qualifications and a few years experience I finally joined the Zest team in 2023. I Love teaching swimming and really enjoy working with the team.

Its never to late to learn how to swim!
